Stone Harbor may be known as the summer home of Taylor Swift and family, but there are a few miniature golf courses that dot the small downtown. And if you are looking for a mini golf course that is (quite literally) a MINIATURE golf course, then look no further than Harbor Golf Club.
Harbor Golf Club is a relatively new course, having been built in 2020, and you can still feel the newness on this course. The greens are kept in absolutely pristine condition, with plenty of sand traps and rocks to block your shot. You won’t find any bricks to bounce your shot off or any boxes to hit in for a hole in one; this plays like an actual golf course. That means there are almost no hole-in-ones to be had (although we managed to sneak in one) and most of your shots are going to be going for two or three. Par on the course was a 57, and our winner came in well under at a 43.
While the course is beautiful, a real drawback for the more casual mini golfer is the price, similar to our gripes about Starlux Mini Golf. Adults are $18, and kids are $15, which will price most people out of this course. Another drawback that this course works against is that it is on a rooftop, with just a stairwell as an advertisement. Hopefully it gets more word of mouth in a town with only one other course.
Overall, if you a professional or experienced mini golfer really looking to test your strategy in a course with literally no gimmicks, then this definitely is the course for you. If addition, this is probably a great outing for a corporate party or something like that. However, if you are looking for a more casual fun experience for the kids, we would recommend Club 18 Miniature Golf down the street.
